At heart of OMAHA Beach,this private museum features a collection of outstanding items and material that bear witness to the technological military evolution during wartime and the repercussions on the citizens.


On the 6th of June, 1944 at 6:30am the first barges of the American offensive reach Omaha beach.

In spite of heavy losses of men and material, the villages of Vierville-sur-Mer,  

St-Lauren-sur-Mer and Colleville-sur-Mer are conquered within the day. The path to freedom is open.

This museum is dedicated to the memory of the American soldiers killed at Omaha beach and to all those who survived this hell.
